Overview

DNI Emerging Technologies is seeking a qualified Program Manager to support the Army Systems Engineering and Program Management Services (Army SEPM).  

 

The Program Executive Office, Command, Control and Communications Tactical (PEO C3T) is responsible for all facets of developing, fielding and sustaining Command, Control, Communications, Cyber, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Systems, and for the acquisition, development, and integration of secure tactical communications for the digitized battlefield.

 

This is a full time/permanent position with excellent benefits and outstanding compensation including full medical, dental, 401k, vacation, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

  • The Program Manager manages all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure that all are performing appropriately.
  • Reviews program CDRL documents for consistency of schedules, compliance, and financial document requirements such as spending projections and invoicing.
  • Coordinates with PEO C3T PMs on contractor personnel.
  • Participates in Integrated Product Teams (IPT's) on behalf of contractor.
  • Evaluates and balances anticipated budget expectations.
  • Works closely with COR on program issues.
  • Provides support preparing briefing packages or presentations to high level leadership.
  • Perform technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
  • Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
  • Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience managing government programs, six (6) of which are in a supervisory capacity.
  • PMP Certification OR 4 additional years of experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
