Overview

DNI Emerging Technologies is seeking a qualified Systems Engineer candidate to support the Army Systems Engineering and Program Management Services (Army SEPM).  

 

The Program Executive Office, Command, Control and Communications Tactical (PEO C3T) is responsible for all facets of developing, fielding, and sustaining Command, Control, Communications, Cyber, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Systems, and for the acquisition, development, and integration of secure tactical communications for the digitized battlefield.

 

This is a full time/permanent position with excellent benefits and outstanding compensation including full medical, dental, 401k, vacation, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

  • Design, integrate, test and analyze military electronics, computer networking, super-minicomputers, microcomputers, and digital and graphic display systems.
  • Interact with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design.
  • Participate int eh development of test strategies.
  • Solve engineering problems (or manage the solution of engineering programable) in the functional area to which assigned.
  • Tactical routing, switching, Quality of Service (QoS), multicast, and Voice Over Internet Protocol) (VoIP).
  • Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently.
  • Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in systems engineering supporting DOD programs.
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
