As a representative for our Company, you will be part of a team responsible for qualifying leads in order to fulfill client expectations. We are a call center that works remotely. Our representatives call interested prospects on behalf of other companies and help qualify prospects. You will be expected to follow a script & pre-established guidelines in order to help you do this.

Responsibilities

  • Follow proper procedures utilizing computer and telephone equipment.
  • Professionally greet prospects by speaking clearly and listening effectively.
  • Enter data consisting of letters and numbers onto web forms using keyboard and mouse.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards prospects, co-workers, and all levels of management.
  • Multi-tasking the essential job functions by reading, typing, speaking, and maneuvering through multiple browser tabs simultaneously.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills using professional language/grammar, and be able to speak clearly and audibly.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, web forms, and procedure manuals both on and off of the computer as well as on paper.
  • Good computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Goal and attention to detail oriented.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • Type an average of 25-30 words per minute with 90% accuracy

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read and interpret company documents.
  • Ability to speak and communicate clearly using good grammar with customers and co-workers.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
