Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is a prime contractor providing manpower and support of IT Operations and Maintenance for the USSOCOM SOCRATES Network. We are currently looking for a GIS Training Specialist to support Enterprise wide solutions. The Training Specialist will be a member of a technical team responsible for providing resident and mobile training in all-source and geospatial intelligence analysis platforms.  The Training Specialist will become an analytic expert on link/nodal, geospatial, and temporal analysis platforms and look for ways to increase customer knowledge, efficiency and capability with these tools.  The Training Specialist will work in full collaboration with end users in both classroom and desk-side environments to ingest, enrich, analyze, and display intelligence date encourage the analytical workflow process. The Training Specialist will also train and support user requirements regarding the SOF Geospatial Enterprise.

• Provide high-quality, technically sound analytical training in both formal classroom and deskside environments, including mobile training, to client user groups.
• Train and mentor SOF analysts and leadership to increase their proficiency and expertise with link/nodal, geospatial, and temporal analysis platforms.
• Facilitate analyst collaboration between USSOCOM, the TSOCs, and SOF subcomponents.
• Work closely with SOF customers to build relationships and ensure overall satisfaction with performance.
• Maintain the Special Operations Forces Geospatial Enterprise training curriculum and coordinate with operational team to update content.
• Fulfill administrative non-training SOCRATES requirements as directed by SOCRATES site lead (ex: registration and account setup for new SOCRATES users).

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline 
• TS/SCI security clearance 
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. 
• Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. 
• Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. 
• Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
